Monitor Copilot CLI sessions from your MacBook notch
Vibe Island monitors GitHub Copilot CLI sessions with real-time status, tool activity, question prompts, and task completion — right in your MacBook notch.
Real-time session tracking
See when Copilot starts, what tools it uses, and when it finishes. Errors and session ends are tracked automatically. All sessions appear in the same notch panel as your other agents.
Answer questions from the notch
When Copilot asks a question, the notch panel shows clickable options. Answer without switching to the terminal — stay in your editor and keep the flow going.
Completion with reply preview
When Copilot finishes a task, the completion card shows a preview of the response. Know the result at a glance and decide whether to switch back.
Works with your other AI agents too
Vibe Island also supports Claude Code, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI, Cursor Agent, OpenCode, Factory Droid, Qoder, Qwen, Kimi Code, DeepSeek, CodeBuddy, Kiro, Hermes, Amp, and Pi Agent. All sessions in one notch panel. Works on remote servers via SSH too.
Zero config setup
Vibe Island auto-configures Copilot on first launch. No manual setup, no API keys, no cloud accounts. Just install and go.
Frequently asked questions
Does this work with GitHub Copilot in VS Code?
Vibe Island monitors GitHub Copilot CLI — the standalone terminal agent. The VS Code Copilot extension (inline completions, chat sidebar) is a separate product and not monitored.
Can I answer Copilot's questions from the notch?
Yes. When Copilot asks a question with multiple choices, the notch panel shows clickable options. Pick one without switching to the terminal.
What happens when Copilot encounters an error?
Error events are tracked automatically. The session card shows the error state so you know something went wrong, even if you are focused on another window.
